i recharged with rs 59 for free vidiocon call n sam but den also i charged 1rs for per sms ...... please help yaar
sir,i have recharged with Rs.148 on 21.03.1988 in a retailer shop in karur...but still the amount has not been credited in to my SIM.....if i called customer care they are saying that u ask retailer...if i ask retailer they are answering me in a irresponsible way....SO,THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM RETAILER AND SELLER...........Please take action..........please......please.......its a kind request by an indian citizen.........

VIDEOCON D2H — RECHARGED

I HAVE A CONNECTION OF VIDEOCON D2H ,AS I M A REGULLAR CUSTOMER LAST MONTH I HAVE RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT OF RS 300 ,BY SMS THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM IN THERE SYSTEM SO RECHARGED SEEMS TO BE FAILED.SO I CALLED UP IN CUSTOMER CARE FOR RECHARGE THAT GUY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS PROBLEM IN OUR SYSTEM YOU GIVE ME YOUR RECHARGED PIN NO & CUST ID NO ,AND HE DONE RECHARGED FROM HIS SIDE NOW AFTER ONE WEEK TODAY MY CONNECTION IS FAILED I CALL THEM HE SAID YOU HAVE NOT RECHARGED YOUR A/C ,I GAVE HIM ALL DETAILS BUT NO SOLUTION FOUND THEY ARE TELLING TO BUY NEW COUPON AND RECHARGED IT THE MISTAKE WAS FROM THERE SIDE BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION ,I THINK THEY ARE COMPLETELY FAKE IN THERE SERVICE AND EVEN THEY DONTKEEP ANY RECORD OF CUSTOMER , WE ARE NOT HAPPY BY THIS THINGS

My customer id is 70894326.i made my recharge on 27 dec 2013 and the due date was 04 jan 2013.
As per your words, we get rs. 15 extra 7 daysbefore due date.
Please dont make false promises if you dont follow those.
