problem with recharging

My name is Himanshu Joshi not so proud owner of your videocon d2h (Sr.- 411110780111279046) tried to recharge my account yesterday through netbanking. My account balance shows the amount getting debited but videocon d2h account didn't got updated nor did I received any acknowledgment . This matter involves money transfer and non-acknowledgment from videocon d2h and shall be treated as a serious issue.

I called your customer service center where my call got disconnected 4 times. In addition to it the customer representative didn't registered a complaint nor was any senior made available for further clarifications. The issue reported involves money and should be considered important.
