[Resolved]  Videocon - d2h - TV Cable Channel Services — deviation and non compliance of services as per their advertisement in their New South India Package-TELUGU CHANNELS REGARDING

SIR,
I: I have subscribed for Videocon-d2h-- TV Channels- by paying for one year in July, 2010. But they informed that my subscription is valid only up to May, 2011. When I contacted, they said, this shall be upgraded and they will send message duly correcting the date/Month, but nothing has been corrected till date, i.e. my subscription stands only up to May,2011as per their version and thus they have deviated from the promise and the services of one year (12 months) payment reduced to 10(TEN) months;( Second Issue follows in next Para):
II: Videocon-d2h published advertisement in September,2010-first week-TELUGU DAILY NEWS PAPERS, like EENADU, giving details about their launching of "NEW SOUTH PACKAGE" giving details of 18 numbers of Telugu Channels & stated that all the 18 Telugu Channels- shall be activated in addition to other Channels and so many other 266 Channels and services in this NEW SOUTH PACKAGE .
III: Based on the above advertisement, on[protected], I have contacted the Videocon-d2h services on phone-[protected]. The Technical Experts after verifying their records informed me that my subscription- pre-paid amount of Rs:2900/- shall be adjusted for the New South Package and duly adjusting RS:2900/- by activating to get all the 18 Channels -Telugu- as advertised in the Telugu News Papers from[protected] onwards and given request reference Number as 18127415 dated[protected]. They have also promised that -- in addition to the earlier Telugu Channels (13), five more Telugu Channels, that is- Navvulu Channel; Zee24 Telugu Channel; DD-Saptagiri Channel; SVBC Channel( SriVenkateswara Bhakti Channel) ; and Bhakti Channel shall be activated to me from[protected] onwards. Customer ID Number:7589453.
IV: When I have contacted them again on[protected], and complained to them that except -Navvulu Channel, I am not getting other 4 Telugu Channels- named above- as advertised in the Telugu News Papers and complained to them about deviation and noncompliance of their promise to the customer and stated to them that they failed to adhere to their contract agreement as advertised and promised to the South/ Telugu Customers like me;
The Gentleman, Technical Expert tried to state that these 4-four Channel are coming in their "APPLICATIONS- LIKE STATE CHANNEL; DHARSHAN ACTIVE, AND CHANNEL ACTIVE -- and asked me to me go to the Application Services.

V: Strangely enough, I informed him that these channels I am already getting in the Application services, but their advertisement was something else which should be included in the 18 general / activated Channels like Navvulu Channel, and clarified to him that these 4 Channels are not coming in general Channels( not activated) along with Navvulu and other 13 Telugu Channels and they are adjusting in very very small screen, which is nothing but misdirecting the Telugu Channel Viewers, like me, and others and deviated from their original advertisements, and might be falsely trying to attract the Telugu Viewers, like to mislead and get extra payment/ money/subscribe to them; this is nothing but thrash and wrong/false/misleading advertisement;
VI: When they could activate Navvulu Channel in general channels services as per advertisement, and as promised from[protected]Channel Number-886), why they should fail to Activate other 4 -above stated Channels also, that is - Zee24 Channel; DD Saptagiri Channel; SVBC; and Bhakti Channel as promised and advertised by them; What shall be their motive behind such false/wrong advertisements in Telugu regional newspapers.
VI: Kindly look in to the matter and settle the issue by which action of YOURS all the TELUGU Viewers in the South like me can also enjoy the devotional channels through Videocon d2h, as promised by them............

Sir, Indian Consumer Complaints Forum is found to be the best of all categories which I read and understand. At least the Companies and other Firms shall have a minimum of fear in adhering to their commitments by knowing about this type of FORUM IN INDIA ALSO.
