I AM USING VIDEOCON SIM SERVICE SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS. IN THIS MONTH, I HAVE RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT BY 97 RS ON 6TH MARCH AND I GOT RS 110 /-. ON 7TH MARCH , I FOUND DEBIT OF RS 30 FOR ACTIVATION OGF CALLER TUNE, FOR WHICH I NEVER APPLIED. ON 8TH EVENING HOUR, AGAIN I FOUND DEBIT FOR SONG . ON 9TH I FOUND DEBIT OF 15RS FOR SOME OTHER REASON. WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS. I AM SPEAKING TO CALL CENTER SINCE 7TH MARCH. MY COMPLAINT REF ID IS 45697419. MY MOB NO IS [protected]. I AM GETTING ANSWER LIK" MY CASE IS UNDER PROCESS". I HAVE GOT SMS THAT CASE WILL BE RESOLVED ON 8TH MARCH AT 8.30AM AND TILL DATE CASE IS NOT RESOLVED. WHY THESE SERVICE PROVIDERS CHEAT?
