respected sir/ madam, i purchase a new connection videocon d2h on 14 jun 2011, my customer id is 45982040. engineer 16 jun 2011 dophar me 2 baje fitting karke gaya aur bataya ki 10 miniute ke baad appki channal start ho jayegi lekin aaj 17 jun 2011 ko bhi hum channal nahin dekh pa rahe. customercare par bhi thik se bataya nahin jaah raha ki kab channnal start karenge. please quick solution from this mettar.
