[Resolved]  Viewsonic Technologies India Pvt Ltd. — Product has not performed well ,Monitor screen is continuous blinking

On 24-Aug-2011, I bought, a new brand Viewsonic LED Monitor 19” Model No. VS13698 at Ahmadabad. Unfortunately, Product has not performed well because monitor screen is continues blinking. I am very disappointed because I have complained regarding my problem but not getting proper answer from you support department and customer care.

One more thing is that one of your support department person says that we would be add some circuit in monitor .If I have bought new monitor why I suffering from any problem.

As per the Confirmation from the service department dt 27/10/11 my RMA#:IDKO[protected]SNO: QBL[protected]...is closed [when he Visited on 20/09/10 and after his Visit I had emailed you, then how you Closed the Issue on 21/09/10…….]which is totally false as I had in email dt 20/09/10 had written to it and replied was too acknowledged and same local service centre gave excuse after excuse and regarding it from October 2010 to May 2011 I had regularly contacted You/Service Centre……details in your emails (I am not satisfied with ViewSonic 17 TFT and company s service - Product has not performed well, Monitor screen is continues blinking ) as the product has been remain Unused from 2010).

As the Recorded conversation calls if you search till and from October 2010 – January 2011 would showed I had contacted you before Warranty over but it’s You who gave excuse on Local Service Centre version on Motherboard Issues without Confirmations from your / Mine End and thus Created an Mental Agony…..the Service Centre who was Caught via me in Installing repaired parts rather than New one…thus Misguided you.

You have and Must responded to emails send before Closing and Issues as its we who had to bear the Tragedy to Burden Not the Service Engineer or Local Agents who Known’s Business Rather than Service.

Hope you have to Repair my Monitor Free of Cost standing standby for year.

But after his Move-out I found in Display Power Problem with Many Line's moving up's and down's..as like the if Monitor Ran Short of Exact power Supply it Need...As I don't have the Local Service Center & it's Engineer Mob No so i am unable to do inform it to him & As he Called from the No[protected] it always display Switch off ..so unable to Contact...

Please could you tell me why in View-sonic Many problem arising...Death Pixel-Still not Shorted...SMPS...Logic Card...Now i think after warranty LCD Panel Would rise...??Pls improve your Quality.

NEW MONITOR IS DELIVERED to My HOME ADDRESS dt 24/11/11 but Warranty Extension to SUM Refund To Compensation Claimed No Reply as Written on Delivery Challan to Service Manual of the dated Delivery.

NEW MONITOR is Running FINE as its 4 Day Sytle till Now OKAY...

Thanks to Nil Bhowmik foremost Sanjay Jha if He haven't call Back Me but after 9 Month of 1 st email to several email send to his ID's[ i.e November 2011] i won't tried...
