Myself Dr. Sushil Kumar, consumer No. 19787. I have booked for refilling vide booking No. 72433 dated 4th Dec. 2014. I am trying daily to contact telephonically but nobody pick my phone. Please let me know the time of supply. I have very bitter experience with Vipul gas agency, I never got cylinder timely. You can check my history.

Will Like to bring in your notice that certain persons who had fraudulently acquired gas connection from vipul gas agency Solan, providing tenancy letters (where they presently do not reside) and not holding Solan division ration cards or relevant required gas connection documents are still availing the gas cylinders benefits, whereas they are also availing gas benefits in their respective native villages by procuring gas connections on their ration cards.Such few persons are booking gas and further selling them in black resulting in genuine gas connection holder to suffer at times due to shortage of gas supply.
I will sincerely request you to update your data base by asking fresh documents from such persons and cancel such fraudulent gas connections and making India a better place to live in.
