virgin mobile — Horrible service and attitude
I purchased a slide phone from Virgin online.Received the phone dead.Asked them to replace it.They said I have to go to get it repaired .after much nagging they replaced itwas not able to recharge fone online for two weeks as their site said the phone no. i want to recharge does not exist. after innumerable mails and phone calls they provided the facility after 10 days.
Now the new phone incoming voice is dead for last 10 days.
they have promised a back pack gift,which i have yet to receive.Funniest part is that they do not have my address and date of purchase.It means they are selling phones without verification.
please do not go for the lousy service.
