[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile Tower Company (Croma Tower) — NO FIXATION TOWER

Dear sir, I am Vimal from Chennai. A week before i noticed a advertisement in thina thanthi paper regarding tower fixation for rent. So i called them to enquire about the details. They attended the call and told me to deposit the amount of Rs.5500 to their bank account and once the amount is credited they will send a letter which contains the rent details and they told that some people will visit the site and they will confirm it, whether they like the place or not. they told me that sure you can believe us. since they told like that, i believed them and credited the amount to their bank account. after crediting the amount they are not at all picking up my call, and the number is in switch off mode too.
but daily they are giving the same advertisement but with different numbers.

That lady name is Ramya. and the company name is CROMA TOWERS PVT.LTD and the account name is mohit kumar shakwat.

(( pls help me to find a solution. how to deal with this problem.))

I am Bhambai Kaluram Murkute from At post Lohagaon Tal haveli dist Pune, India. I am deposited 4350/- in SBI on [protected] and also got vergin mobile aggrement letter in september 2010. But there no procedure is started till this date. I am requested to compney plz take necessary action as early as possible.

Before Some days One man come at my house and ask land from my fathher for tower instalation for "VIRGIN MOBILE COMPANY" Without showing any doccument related to the company . so, sir i am in susspension "is it true or not "? Please Sugeest me sir what should I do in this case . yet, i don't deposit mony. Although i am interesting for tower in my land.My mobile no. is [protected] and email address is [protected]@gmail . hi mr. arvind kumar as per my knowledge please dont go in to this kind of fraud companys words first know about that person whether he is from coming from virgin are not and second thing please dont give him any cash as deposit if he asks u bcoz now a days peoples are cheating differently so please dont get into it

now we have to do something about this peaple every ones go and complaint to the collector offeece otherwise we can'not stop this pleese...
