[Resolved]  Vishal Mega Mart — Poor Customer Service-2 Trouser get defect only 2 days...........

This is inform to you, I purchase 2 trouser in Karol bagh Store on Date 1/09/2013, and in 2 date both touser get defect in back side. Regarding the same I visit in Karol Bagh Store Delhi nobody take seriously this matter. Floor team member provide me a contact no. [protected], I call him but i am not getting any positive response. Floor team member told me this is your mistake you use this trouser roughly.I want refund or replacement. Please take action. Purchased item invoice copy attached below.
