[Resolved]  Vogue Magazine — Subscription Problem

I paid for a 2 year renewal for my Vogue Magazine in July 2010. The renewal was from January 2011 to December 2012. Come January and I did not recieve my issue. I have been calling the mumbai office every 2-3 days to check on my renewal. I have got no response from anybody in that office. I am told I will get a call back, but never have received a call back. It is Feb 22 today and I have not received by February issue as well. I have also not received a hamper I am entitled to as part of my two year subsciption. It is sad that they take money from you 7 months backs but do not add you as a subscriber and send the magazines to you. NEVER subscibe to Vogue. They take your money but dont add you as a subsciber and give you the magazine. I am still fighting for my refund. Unfortunately I am Bangalore based and their office is in Mumbai, so I only have a phone number I can reach them at. I am unable They do not respond to emails sent to them.
