This is in regards to the Integrated Music System for Polo which I purchased from Frontier Autoworld PVT LTD. on 22nd June 2012.
It has a Nippon music system (with 1 year warranty) and the speakers given with the system are so pathetic that every 3 months they needed a replacement. I have already got them replaced 3 times and now I am being told that I need to directly approach to the Nippon dealer who is somewhere located in Sector-14 Gurgaon.
First of all, my concern is with the kind of product company is offering that it goes bad every 3 months. Secondly, music system is still in warranty... how can showroom guys ask me to contact distributor directly.
I have given my hard earned 15,000 INR for this music system and why should I be roaming around, if your product has a problem.
I want either my complete money to be refunded or a replacement of speakers wherein I would need a written gaurantee that they will not go bad again in 3 months time.
