[Resolved] Volkswagen — service | |||
I have purchased car from Volkswagen Bangalore dealer Elite motor. Any time any service related issue, you can not reach their service people because of non availability of staff. Recently I have sent my car for air condition check up which was not working properly and water getting inside window from glass ( this is day one complaint). When i have sent my car at service station, after taking appointment , waited in queue for three hours. because no one was there to attend the complaint. After long waiting they have taken car for check up and promise to deliver car by tomorrow. surprise !! lots of call to their service station , no proper reply from any one, no answer when you will get car ? after many call they replied that come tomorrow. tomorow... again we have done same exercise.. many calls.. then i have sent my driver to collect car... what... he waited there two hours and fought with people to delivered car from service station... Oh !! we got car from them but no result till date air condition not working, water still going in to window, I have compliant thier customer care. No use .. still getting pain and driving car with out AC....after such costly car ( Vento Higland) service charge collected Rs 2800 + time, driver charge...more ...Pain .. We had booked jetta highline with Frontier Autoworkd Pvt Ltd,Okhla Phase-1 New Delhi.We had made full payment to dealer in advance. Dealer had deliever the vehicle on 10/02/13 at our office, there is some issue regarding accessories and we immedietely told to dealer regarding this,but till date issued was not resolved. Further till date they not provide us the papers for registration. The service of dealer of volkswagen is very very poor and there are the big cheaters.This is the second time we face the problem with Volkswagen. So my dear friends those are reading this complain, please do not purchase the vehicle of VOLKSWAGEN becuase there are the big cheaters and fraud.

my fellow friends, all i want to tell you is that never purchase a volkswagen car and especially from the showroom in siliguri, west bengal, as during the time of purchasing it from siliguri the owner nilesh agarwal had made me face lots of problem but still i ignored the problem but when my car went for serviceng i had to face a lots of difficulties.
i had purchased a volkswagen polo car and when i had send the car for servicing they told me that my car has lots of problem but i knew that my car was fine as it was my first servicing still i said to make my car fine and cooperated with them but it became almost a month i had been visiting the service centre but my car was still in the same old way and not even washed then after talking to the owner mr. sailesh agarwal and mr. nilesh agarwal they assuerd me of giving the car in a week but which still got delayed to two weeks and on the date i was to receive my car they made a bill of rs 90000 for servicing which was free of cost except the oiling charge and all.
i tried to talk to the owner mr. nilesh agarwal for this matter but he did not will to meet me nor he used to talk to me in phone and finally one day i went off to his office but that person mr. nilesh agarwal was so rude in talking that i just gave him the full money in his office but then i thought of atleast informing the people of siliguri that to never purchase a vw car from siliguri.
dear consumer complaints kindly let this car dealers know that harrasing a customer is an offence and charging them excess money is a fraud too.
