My Suggestion is Join Voltech if you want to live in hell.
Voltech is the very very very very worst company if you Dont want to work for five years in the same company. They will make Juice of all your energy and they will drink during your First one year,its your
hell time.They want only Money, Money, Money..etc...Money. Money.
They are getting more than 120000 for one month for two engineers on sites, but they are paying only 25000 to two engineers, they are eating more than 80 percent.
They are Money Devils, for money they will sell the engineers even as slaves and helpers to the sites.
HR is doing illegal activities, getting original certificates from employees and threttening them as they like.
They are bringing new rules every six months and forcing us to accept even if we dont want.
Totally they are cheat. They will not tell employees P.F. No. , They will not give salary slip. totally you are slave for them. Even if your health is not good, they will force you to go to site. They all are liers, dont beleive their words. without food also we have to work some times, at midnights we have to travel. we have to travel in open tickets(unreserved) and we have sit near the toilet with heavy weight equipments.
even for 20 hours travel we have to go unreserved and we have to die in trains and bus. I can tell more but i am getting bad words to scold them.
My Suggestion is Join Voltech if you want to live in hell.
Please Somebody take action against this company .
Engineers living in HELL and Office staff's Living in heaven.
Engineers has to work hard and useless guys like Store helpers and etc.. will enjoy the benifits.
Please Dont join Voltech If you think about good Health
