did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer .
Make sure any hard disk drives are powered on & properly connected to your computer & disk related h/w configuration is correct. This may involve running a manufacture supplied diagnostic or setup program

Dear sir last week I have registered a complaint for my laptop due to problem in my hard-disc with complaint number "2418546". You told me that you are going to make arrangement for replacement of my hard-disc on Thursday, that is, on 17/09/2009. Yet there is no communication from your side. My work is being suffering badly. Again today, I contacted your officials on your toll free helpline. They promised me that our engineer would contact you by today evening. Yet there is no communication from your side. i have suffered a big loss due to your firm. Please treat my email as reminder.
Please take necessary action for the above said as soon as possible.
