[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — How can i get my voter ID card

I have applied long back for voter id card but till today I have not received. I would kindly request you to please let me know immediately how to apply for fresh Voter ID Card and what are the doucments to be submitted for the same. And where to apply and how many days it would take to receive the ID card.
