Sir, I Anand Sharma Voter ID No.NBJ/1667609 residing in B-62/2,Anarkali Garden, Jagatpuri, Delhi hereby stating that Voter ID Card for my wife Asha Sharma not yet delivered whereas I found Card No. in voter list when I voted for legislative election. I need the same for identity purpose. Kindly do needful as the application was submitted alongwith me and Card No. is in same series.
