[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — wrong name printed on voter ID card

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that my name is wrongly printed on my voter id card as Rrapratik Kumar instead of Prateek Kumar , My correct name is PRATEEK KUMAR as the same mention in my PAN card also.
Kindly reissue my Voter id card with correct name i.e - PRATEEK KUMAR.

i am apply 4 5 times for my voter id card but i am not received yet. so please do need full.

there is an error on my coter ID Card, Instead of Siva Kumar they have mentioned chiva kumar, please rectify and reissue the card

My mother name wrongly printed as jayalakshmi instead of Vijayalakhmi...pls advice how to change
