[Resolved]  Voter ID — Details are all wrong

I got my voter id. But all the details are wrongly filled. So i applied for another voter id card and i recieved it few months back. But even in this card the details that filled are all the more worse than the the previous card. My New Voter Id Card No is : IVP2801413. Constituency : 169 - Ghatkopar (West). The correct details are as Under:-

Elector's Name: Clarence Bolton Ligoury Pinto
Father's Name: Ligoury Pinto
Sex: Male
Date of Birth: 18/07/1990.
Address: T-2, Chirag Nagar, Porbandarwala Chawl No 12, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg (d), Ghatkopar (W)
Tehsil: Kurla
DISTT: Mumbai Suburban Dist. (M.H.) - 400086.

I hope the concerned people (who fill the details in the card) can read this properly. Please Send me a New Voter Id Card Immediately. Please dont make mistakes now.
