[Resolved]  Voters ID Card — voters id card not received

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is bring in your kind notice that I undersign has not received my election voters id card so far. I have submitted all my relevent documents to the respective place eventhough i have voted this time with the election slip only .My name was there in voter list but photo was not there and now i am getting difficulty without any identification proof .

Kindly look into the matter it will be highly thankul and heartly gratified.

This is bring in your kind notice that I (Mohammed Mujahidul Islam Aamir) and my wife (Sameena Siddiqui) have not received our election voters id card so far. We have submitted all my relevent documents to the representative of Election Commission Office who are doing all such jobs. Neither they have not given any receipt for this nor our name is included in new list. Although my name was in list upto 1998 and in 2000 I married since the I am trying to get my wife name in the list. But instead of including my wife name, my name is also vanished from the list.

I have recieved my voter id card. I am living in Jaipur. my address is :-1149/3, Shivam Appartment, Ranisati Nagar, Kings Road Jaipur. My Ward No. is :-3, I am surprised when i have seen my voter id card, there my address is showing like this "1149/3, Udayanagar, Jaipur". Its not a small mistake, coz now my whole work is hangup because of this mistake, I couldnot able to make my maariage certificated. coz address is showing wrong in address proof(Voter id). Kindly correct it and send new voter id card so I can make another required document (Example:- Open Bank A/C, Marriage Certificate)
