I had sony ericsson Handset model no W595 which is under warranty period, since i had problem with my handset where in i am unable to hear the dialled number or receiving calls, when i checked with sony centre Malleswaram, they wanted to charge me because my battery has turned Red. the reason they say may be water must have gone inside. As far i am concerned nor i have put in water or drenched it in rain may be due to swet it must have caused, if it is swet, sony has to take care during the time of manufacturing, Every Human swet's due to weather condtions.
Please give me a solution whether should i fight legally or not.

This problem is not only yours but been faced by many more peoples. While purchasing we forget to go through warranty card and its conditions. If any service irregularities made by the company while providing you may take the action while filing the consumer case against the service provider and the company.
