I brought a Maruti WagonR Duo on 2009 Feb, Gas version Duo, thinking it will be economical in the long run. It is only to my disappointment to find the car running at far below performance levels in Gas drive for initial few months, but I carried along.
Trouble started when I gave it for servicing in Shruthi Motors Maruti Dealer - Shimoga. I had got about 2 service done, after each service, there was a problem in Gas drive. After first service, while driving in Gas, there were BLAST noise in Engin Side The Airfilter clamps will Opens it self in Second services shruthi Motors Shimoga they found that all Spark plug gone and Air filter burned changing all spark plugs and "Burned Air Filter" and they are charging for the spark plugs only, and after the few months again its giving same problem but till now 13th October 2009 What that noice happens inside i didn't know, please anybody Maruthi people help me to rectify these problems.

leave your vehicle in bangalore...
msg to all-- Shruti Motors Engineers and tech workers are qualified they dont know how to treat customers. Engineers dont hve hold on workers. they wont deliver the vehicle in time. after service o[censored]r vehicle they wont do test drive you hve to do urself i mean they say every thing is done but once u drive the car u will come to know so many small mistakes...
