I want to inform you that I was working in Wartsila India Limited having its Corporate office at - Necco chambers, Plot no.-48 Sector -11 CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai-400614 Tel[protected]/27575371, Fax-[protected] / 5177 / 5178 Emails- Ganesh.[protected]@wartsila.com, Bhartendu.[protected]@wartsila.com, shriniwas.[protected]@wartsila.com I had left Wartsila India Limited wef-29/04/2008 due to personal reasons. Further it had passed more than 2 months & Even after my repeated reminders wartsila had kept hold & not releasing my below mentioned payments & documents without any reason- 1)My salary for the month of Mar-08.and other payments. 2)Experience certificate. 3Relieving letter from companey 4)Form-16 for Income tax return. AT THE FIRST INSTANCE THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT INTO MANAGEMENT NOTICE. ONCE YOU START PAYING BRIBE YOU ARE EQUALLY GUILTY PARTY TO IT. IF WARTSILLA INDIA CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THIS KIND OF MALPARACTICE THE WARTSILLA INDIA SENIOR MANAGEMENT WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME AHEAD. ITS A WARNING TO THE MANAGEMENT TO STOP THIS PRACTICE OTHERWISE AXE MAY COME AT ANY MOMENT FROM WARTSILLA FINLAND

I am one of the suppliers to Wartsila. And in the interest of the company, I would like to bring it to the company's notice that some of the old employees are making frauds with the company.
I can't reveal my name, in fear of loosing my business which is already affected due to this kind of persons.
One of this persons is Mr. Suryakant Manohar Pai.
He is repeatedly troubling us for extra money as bribe.
Till now we have already paid him more then Rs.15 lakhs. But now it is too much for us. Hence we expect some kind action to work on pure business terms.
Hope for your earliest action.
Sorry for the terms even we have used to pay bribe. Hereafter we will also take care of it.
