Dear sir,
I am working in MNC company name WARTSILA.This in an contractor company for VEDANTA in Rajasthan,at dariba HZL.From out site this company showing the culture of MNC company,OSAHS certified,but from inside it an unculture company.Few days Before in Feb-2011 one engineer trainee was died(Mr Anil )in electrical accident due to over stress work. But when its enquiry was done,the electrical inspector taking not taking any action against company to restrict same accident in future. rather than inspecter totaly make this issue under table by taking money from company.

After this accedent also employee are force to do work after 8 hour with aut any benifit.No work time,No weekly off.Only work.Higher management are only giving assurance which result nothing. Higher management from Vedanta also aware of this problem but they are also silent.

So, because of above problem we are feeling helpless.we want our freedom out of work,our benifit according to the labour act.

Hopefully by this complain we are expecting some changes by your help.

If this will not give any action or result we have to go next for Media support which we hope will not required.
