[Resolved]  Water Connection — 2 water connections in LIG Flat

Sir,

I live in LIG flat sector-12. I hv been living in same house since 1986. In year 1996, the amount of water supply inside the house got stopped and my father went to Noida Jal Board and explained them this issue. Noida Jal Board had provided us a separate new connection against some charges we had paid to Jal board.

Since the first water extension does not provide us any water and we are using the second water extension, which is legal and taken from Noida Jal Board. I have all the black and white documents with me.

I would like to know can LIG flats have two separate water connection or mere extensions. We had been advised by Noida Jal Board staff to pay for that water extension which does not provide us water. Why should we pay money against that connection , which does not give us water.

Please advise can we disconnect the first extension, we is not helping us becoz we cannot pay any money against it as it is of no use.

Also please advise does LIG have two water connections and extensions. If LIG have two connection, why Noida Jal Board ppl is not able to answer in clear manner. Everyone in Noida Jal board seems confusing while I talk about disconnecting my first extension.
