Way2SMS.com — a sms on a sum price from microsoft corp.

respected sir,
I received a sms from way2sms informing that i won a sum price of.$1M from the microsoft mobile draw. There it was further mentioned to contact Mr.Jones in london on the number [protected] and email on [protected]@yahoo.co.uk for claim. I certainly know that this is a fake sms but what i want to know is that who is behind these smses. Confirm me with the details plz!
