I purchased 1 domain package form Manashosting, which every one said that the service of the Manashosting is not good, I will purchase for my own needs not for others my thought is so clear that what it did is right and I am not facing any problem with the Manashosting

I have hosted 2 websites with them.
After that my buisness started hitting bottom line. 99% time server side scripts wont work. I am listing some major problems but issues are endless....

1 ASP wont work for 99% of the time.
2 Website down time per day basis
3 No technical Support(if you are for buying , u can see immediate response by calling back by MANAS)
4 Technical knowledge nil for the staff.
5 No solution for some issues like SQL doubts and more .
6 Junk server anti virus and search engine may put it into malicious catagory
7 Old second servers.

We have performed a security audit for a website [http://hostingem.com] and found it perfectly safe, except some two-three vulnerabilities, which have been removed immediately after an audit.

And thus we find no truthfulness in your comments.

because this consumer forum is to get back proper justice and if you were intended to get proper justice, you must have atleast posted your order number, receipt copy or domain name, so that forum members can crosscheck your comments using whois records or some other metric...

but you have simply commented on the hosting provider...so this looks like a fake comment...

I strongly disagree with this complaint as we are a webdesigning company (http://spazetechnologies.com) & have hosted around 80+ domains with HostinGem on windows & java hosting for more than 9 months and till now we did not have even a single instance of bad customer support experience, even hostingem has been the best host so far in our 3 years of hosting experience with many hosts as they are always available when needed. Its not that they are 100 % perfect and never had any issue but they are very helpful & response quickly in case of any issue specially their live chat support is just awesome, below are the some domains hosted with hostingem.com if anybody wants to verify:

m totally against the above mentioned statement. Being a customer of hostingem i have never faced any problem regarding anything. Infact i find its customer service is the best as per my knowledge. One should never go by words after all this world can not go just by saying.Experience it urself and u ll gt to knw wats the truth.
so do wat u fnd ryt...dont do wat others show u as ryt.

hey iam agree with above comment i chated their support i was asking about some question about hosting plans and they were not explaning anything i got shocked .really disappointed me .So i dont think their support is good .

where as this user spazetechnologies.com mentioned 6 domains the first one is pointing to
orderbox which directi company not hostingem only two domains are hosted with them .

if you do some research on there nameservers they are hosting just 45 domains and they
write in there about us " HostinGem is India’s one of the leading web hosting and domain
name service providers."

I deal with this company since a long time, they always solved my issues, and they helped me more than I expected, plus why shallthey delete your account if you are a good client.

hahaha obviously you are competitors and i host more than 150 domains with hostingem, i use hostinggems nameservers, so it is clear that you say only 2 domains i disagree plus it is not logical, completely silly. your lies are busted, they help me with any little issue. plus they have live help. whenever i need help they do any changes to my hosting especially that i deal with them since long time and trusted client. haha i fear they shall delete my account too... silly.

See Hostingem site is down since last more than 3 hours. At the time of writing my post also it is down. once or twice earlier also my site was down.

for many weeks, I have two websites there.
still down there..

what are they doing ??!!

At first I am very satisfied with Hostingem. But about a month or two ago my mail account suddenly stopped working and my site was also down. dev_complaint is correct, Hostingem site was down as well with ugly YSOD :yikes:

I repeatedly sent their support emails asking for explanation on the matter but they never replied.

Few weeks ago I noticed that Hostingem site was running again, but my site was not. I cannot login to FTP or to my Web Control Panel. This make me furious.

In case anybody in hostingem still have good deeds to settle this issue my domain is "lembayungbali.com"

Hostingem is a total piece of junk. Correction it's a piece of sh**. Hostingem itself is not working since last over one and half months. They have duped probably thousands of poor people with overall thousands of and rupees.

They should be sued and these guys should be canned in open public till they collapse.

I would like to know if anybody has hosted site with them. Like "suparthawijaya" and "anson" have also agreed with me. I wanted to know if they have moved to some different host then how ?

mobile no provided on the website www.hostingem.com is permanently switched off more than 3 months
the online support is permanently offline. Domain Management is not working. I am not able to access the domain management page.

Hope they will come online soon to support the services.
