HeyLaptop battery had gone bad and just a call away was Mr. Amit from Web Nirnaya. Within 2 hrs of time the battery was delivered at my doorstep. Never come across such a blissful service.

My system was shuting down every now and then without even allowing me to save my work. One of my collegue told me about Web Nirnaya in Jayanagar and i contacted him. He said there was a virus problem and it will take him a days time to rectify it but to my suprise he calls me within 4-5 hrs and tells that the system is fine and i can come and collect it.I was busy at that time but needed the laptop, he did me a favour by delivering the laptop to my doorstep. I am througly contended by his performance.

web nirnaya — laptop service is fraud
I had small problem with my laptop for which i approached Mr.Amit. He took money & returned back laptop. I found no improvement in the in laptop. He is a cheater. Please dont give your laptop for repair to web nirnaya I would agree with the statement. Web Niryana seemed to come across as a fraud company. Today, I went to get my data recovered from him. This guy called Amith checked up the laptop, and said the hard disk was not functioning. He said I had to change the hard-disk, and would cost Rs. 3000/- .
Later in the day, I checked with another person and he said it was a simple software person. Also, contrary to the claim Amith charged for his 5-minute opening of the laptop and said he shall discount the amount if I do not ask for the bill; basically service charge free !!!
They have no board of their company anywhere displayed, and the entire place looks like a fraud.

i m completely disagree with this complaint. it can be a trick to spoil name of web nirnaya by the competitors as i am a regular customer of webnirnaya and i found a satisfactory service of webnirnaya.
I had also a very bad experienes with Web Niryana. I went to the same jayanagar service center for my laptop today(27th mar) for a miner problem, my audio driver was not got loaded, As i tryed to load the driver which was not compatable(Told by Mr Amit). For that he charged me 650 and the bad thing was that when i asked for the bill he told me to give extra 100 for that and started arguing with me in very rough language.

Fraud company. I had gone to them for a part-replacement, when i thought the quote i got from DELL Authorized SC is high. In the first visit they quoted a lower amount and hence i gave them my laptop. They charged me the same amount ultimately, which the Authorized SC had quoted. Since i had already left the laptop with them i decided to anyway go ahead. They took a week to return the laptop to me, inspite of repeated calls and follow-ups. I suspect they have also replaced my battery - earlier it used to last for 2 hrs, after i got it back from them it doesn't even last 15 min.
My external harddisk interface was broken during my travel. So when I took this to webnirnaya Bannerugatta road office, they said they will try to fix it in one day otherwise they will let me know. Promptly they called me next day and they told they have found the interface and they will fix it. I told I need it urgently and they agreed to do it on priority basis. Within one day they had called me to inform that it is fixed. Webnirnaya gas some very good people and they did a very good job. I recommend this business to my friends who are looking for good service. Thank you webnirnaya, you have helped me to recover all my valualbe data from the external harddisk.
Worst Company AMIT is the worst person in the world He's not having commonsense Ghatiya Insaan.
when i have visited this company, they were having board outside but when i visited this company 2nd time there was no board . so when i asked them about the board they said they are just providing support to corporates and they don't entertain end user much. i really appreciate their work.
