[Resolved]  White Tiger Dry Cleaners — Complaint for service

Hello,

I had given my woolen jacket for dry cleaning in March 2008. when i asked for my jacket after one week I saw that the colour of the hood or cap was totally gone. I asked them to contact their supervisor to get it right. From that time I have visited them almost five times but every time they say can't do any thing in this case. I want my them to reimbuse me with the actual cost of my jacket that was gifeted by one of my friend when we gone to mausuri tour on 31 dec 2007. it's very new jacket and i gave it for dry clean first time. he bought it for Rs. 1500/-. I want the full reimbursment or i want it in its original condition. because it's useless for me in this condition.
