Wipro BPO — not received incentive & the final payment

With due respect I would like to draw your attention towards my due payment which was to be paid .As on hitting the floor 12000rs was to be paid as I cleared on 1st attempt but it was not paid .Last year in september my attendence was full but the attendence incentive was only 250rs .As on Dashere I hav worked for two days but nothing incentive was paid .It was said that this whole amount will be paid at the time of clearence .At that time my TL was Anand Gupta..So with my best regard I can expect that you will help me for my payment clearence .I will be highly obligned towards yourself .Thank you.
