[Resolved]  Wipro Infrastructure — No refund even transaction failed

My transaction failed while booking e-ticket from Bangalore to chennai on 30/09/2010 but amount is debited from my HDFC account. This has happened on 27/09/2010. I tried to contact the accounts department. But nobody is lifting the phone. At trying 10-20 times even if they lift, the answer I receive is we will verify and refund you. But still no refund has happened.
I am attaching the failed transaction in web-site as screen shot.

Dear sir,

My transaction number OB2640561, POS [protected] KSRTC Central Of
for bangalore and chennai. Please refund this amount back to my account as this
transaction is failed, but the amount is remitted to your account. The seat no. are 7 & 8

I have booked the seat no. 5 & 6 for the same trip.
