We have purchased Wipro LQDSI 5235 DMP 24 Heavy Duty printer from Gravity Solutions, Kanjikuzhy, Kottyam as per Invoice No. 213 dated[protected]. Our Intention behind purchasing this printer was taking continuous printing of our ledgers, journals, cash book etc. for the whole financial year (i.e. printing of 400-500 pages without break). But unfortunately after printing 20 to 30 pages the priner set off itself and we have to restart the printer for continuing further printing jobs. Wipro's service engineers made several repairs during the warranty period but the problem still exists. Finally we made a written letter on 30th March 2010 for replacing the printer as this was due to the manufacturing defects of the printer. But the comapny did not give ear to our comaplaints nor even respond to our request Due to this, we had incured a considerable loss of stationary as well as time. Exactly this was the responsibility of the company to provide sufficient after sales service and stick to the warranty terms and conditions. Unfortunately they did not provide the required service to us. Please look in to the matter and do the needful so that we will get justice.
