[Resolved]  Wipro Technologies — Harassment by HOA

I have traveled from Bangalore City Jn. to Kacheguda, Hyderabad, by 2786 Kacheguda Express on 11-09-09. My e-ticket PNR No. was [protected]. I travelled by AC-2 Tier, and my Coach No. / Seat No. was A1/0009/LB.
The TTE Mr. M. B. Nagaraju, Dy CTI / SBC,while examining my e-ticket asked me to prove my identity.
I produced my company identity card, credit card, debit card and xerox copy of PAN card.
Mr. Nagaraju said these were not valid and threatened me to throw me out of the train by calling the railway police.
It is submitted that this procedure of selective verification of proof of identity is restricted only to e-ticket holders. Those who have tickets booked from railway reservation counters do not have to prove identity, although identity is not verified at any time during this booking process, even today. Hence this process is discriminatory. Either every passenger should be subjected to identity verification, or it should be done only if there is a dispute like there being two claimants to one seat.

WIPRO — about proof

Dear sir,
By mistake I submitted my wrong name in online application card with some spelling mistake.
Right now I want to change this but I don’t know how can I change it. Now the problem with my proofs.
Please provide me some info about it.

Hi,

Please help me as I am the victim of your bank for no mistake.

As of March 13, 2007 my outstanding on my credit card [protected] is Rs.37, 148/- where I made a payment of Rs.37, 200/- by the way of cash but it was wrongly creditted to some other card by your bank employee even though I mentioned correct card number in the receipt.Wrong card number which was creditted is [protected]. From then my problem started and it is not resolved till now.

After multiple visits to your bank in march and april(before and after the april bill generation) they said me that they will revert it back and suggested me not to pay the next month bill until all the payment is resolved. Believing that I have not made the payment of Rs.8000/- (change) which I have to make. But nothing happened as they committed and the same the late payment charges have been levied in the May bill which made me shocked and I have caluculated all the purchases made by me with in March and April and I have concluded it as Rs.13, 572/-(purchases made in March and April excluding the late payment fees) and paid it by the way of cheque.

But till now I have been getting the statements with late payment charges even though of my repeatation calls to customer care.

Please help me in this regard and find the receipt attached for Rs.37, 200/- and the remaining amount Rs.13, 572/- was paid by the way of cheque.

Please remove my name from CIBIL for ICICI bank employee mistake.
