I am gourav Moon was the employee of Wipro BPO and have resigned and served two months notice period and tht was finished on 10 of Feb and.
I have told that I will receive my experience letter and my cheque after fortyfive days ..
but itz been two months and I constuntly contaced with Mr. Kayyum shaikh as per the procedure..
but i have got the negative responce by him and he said that he will send my ex. letter and cheque on my given address, which i have maintioned in the mail .
I have send four mails to Mr. Kayyum sheikh but he was not at all professional.
first he said that he has send the documents then he said that he needs to check then he said that he dosent know about that. this is an unprofessional behaviour by Mr. Kayyum shaikh. I am requesting him since 3 weeks but did not take the issue seriously.
therefor I request you to please look in the matter and please send me my documents and cheque on given address. othervise the legel action will be taken.

2) 10 rupees postal order

Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

WIPRO — 54 Rs recharge didn't work

a day before yesterday i rechareged for 54 Rs(the plan that would make STD calls 1 rs).then i got a message ur account is successfully upadated with 0.02 rs. after that i i tried a STD call and spoke for 14min.instead of charging 14 Rs they charged 32Rs(2.40Rs/min).i tried to reach the customer care also.. but it is always busy.

I got a postpaid connection about 7 days back.from yesterday if i try to call it saying your out going call has been barred.about 4 days back i got a message stating that due to negative verification your out going calls has been barrred.but by the time i taking the sim i clearly mentioned in the registration document that iam working in client place so for the verification i will be available in client place.

WIPRO — Not processing the request

On 12th May 2008, I lost my mobile and on 13th May 2008 morning I requested to barred my outgoing calls. Next sunday i tried to my number and it was ringing and someone diconnected it.

Again I called customer care and asked to barred my all incoming and outgoing and also to close my number.

on 17th May 2008, i requested to close my number, still my no. was active and its ringing.

On 19th May 2008, i got a call from Airtel customer care officer and he asked why i want to close my number. I told him what customer care did with my request and also i told i will pay my bill only after veiwing by bill i.e. in details, if it was not my number i will not pay .. he said its fine.

On 21st May 2008 I tried to call on my number and it was saying number does not exists.

But today 30 May 2008 again I called on my previous number, (which was supposed to be out of service as per my request being placed to airtel customer care) and it was ringing and someone picked my call and then disconnected it.

I am extremly frustrated and very much annoyed with the airtel customer care service as I am calling them from past 3 weeks with the same request again and again, but till date it has not been processed.

Today I again called customer care and they again said that my no. will be barred ASAP.

The first thing i will do tomorrow morning is to call on my previous numbera nd will check its status has been changed to "OUT OF SERVICE".

If this is not so, I will have to take some legal action. I hope it will get resolved tomorrow i.e. 31 May 2008.

WIPRO — Chemotherapy ward in apollo is very bad not keeping up their schedule.

Horrible experience with Apollo for Chemotherpy ward. Doctor will give date for addmission but getting bed in the appollo will atleast take 3 days. My complaint is we have given the schedule date when to admit and we used to call up the reception ever chemo sitting. Lathergic receptionsit will never give the addmission. I feel that they are creating unecessay demand for the bed, Why I am saying is I went to the Chemo ward on the day the admission was not given I saw on my eyes that almost the ward is vacant.

Raised this issue to the Sr Doctors and even put in the complaint box, but no action from the Apollo's management.

For a cancer patient its one more pain on the travelling inspite of the huge money we pay, we don't get the service we Must get it

Hi I buy a wipro System 2.0 pc from Nehru place Delhi. The purchase data is[protected]. After 2 month it giving mouse and Cmos Battery problem. I contact with my dealer from where I buy this system. He told me that bring your pc at our place then we will provide you service. But at the time of buying this system he told me that it have 1 year onsite and 2 year offsite warranty. Sir,

I Preethi S Paniker worked with Wipro Spectramind (Pawai-Hiranandai) from 30th August 2004 till 23rd October 2005. I completed all the formalities of leaving also got my releving letter but each time I apply for my P.F. no outcome happens. I last again for the second time applied for the same on 05th November 2008. Still I havent recieved any inputs on the same. My Emp. ID was 451940. The procedure to apply for P.F. amount was to fill in the forms and submit it in the drop Box at the HR office which is done.
Hope this complaint will see some result.

When Janata Dal was in power, we did not have any issues of street lights here in ITI Layout, Mallathahalli (Near Ambedkar Engineering College, Deepa Complex), Bangalore-560056. Now, After BJP took over, we hardly see concerned authorities visiting our place and maintaining it.

One of them is "Street Light (Sodium and Normal light) in 15th Main". Similarly we have lot os issues in area maintenance. No civic ammenities are appropriate.

Please resolve all these issues at the earliest.

WIPRO — Difficulty in paying Road Tax - Corrupt System

Hello; I have traveled to different states on official transfers - Indore, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Bangalore and now in Pune, but I have felt that Pune RTO is highest ranked in corruption and inefficiency.

Had an experience at Pune City RTO office, being cheated by agents lead by government officers. Govt officers will themselves ask to deal with agents.

These guys are asking for extra money ( 2500 for RT + 2000 tip) and to my surprise are providing breakup of how they will distribute this money :-). The officers will not speak to you and you are bound to cut a deal with his agent.

After breaking my head with 3 officers and agents, I went to the Public Relationship officer - who asked me to speak to the Supervisor/Saab for complaint. I spoke to the supervisor and informed him about way RTO officers are responding (asking for money and working with agents). This gentleman further dictated me about the procedure and a long list of paper work... which I already had with me.

Finally the Supervisor (Babu) asked me to bring along with the original documents, a written letter (on 15/- stamp paper) stating that I will not ask for Tax refund once I pay the RTO in Maharashtra later in any case. Though I had all docs in hand, he asked me to visit another day with letter on stamp paper - and assured me that I need not to bribe anybody there... But ultimately this didn't make things simple for me - as no action was taken finally. I fail to understand the need of such a written letter on stamp paper ??

At last, I wasted my whole day running around these guys and my leave wasted without purpose... and after all could not pay tax. I have to drive without RT till date and pay fine to police officers on encounters :-)...

I think more than the police officers, its the RTO officers who are root cause of the problem.

I just wanted to pay RT in Pune (for different state vehicle with all good papers and outside tax paid) and drive hasslefree for an year or so (as long as I move out of Maharashtra). I had called up RTO customer service before visiting the office but the procedure they said sounds easy and straight, its only once you visit this govt office that you realize what are these guys made of...

Not only citizens are facing these issues, but many ppl like me end up driving without paying RT - which is a loss to government also...

Hope these complaints are taken seriously. Any advice would be appreciated.

Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

Dear sir,
By mistake I submitted my wrong name in online application card with some spelling mistake.
Right now I want to change this but I don’t know how can I change it. Now the problem with my proofs.

Hi,

Please help me as I am the victim of your bank for no mistake.

As of March 13, 2007 my outstanding on my credit card [protected] is Rs.37, 148/- where I made a payment of Rs.37, 200/- by the way of cash but it was wrongly creditted to some other card by your bank employee even though I mentioned correct card number in the receipt.Wrong card number which was creditted is [protected]. From then my problem started and it is not resolved till now.

After multiple visits to your bank in march and april(before and after the april bill generation) they said me that they will revert it back and suggested me not to pay the next month bill until all the payment is resolved. Believing that I have not made the payment of Rs.8000/- (change) which I have to make. But nothing happened as they committed and the same the late payment charges have been levied in the May bill which made me shocked and I have caluculated all the purchases made by me with in March and April and I have concluded it as Rs.13, 572/-(purchases made in March and April excluding the late payment fees) and paid it by the way of cheque.

But till now I have been getting the statements with late payment charges even though of my repeatation calls to customer care.

Please help me in this regard and find the receipt attached for Rs.37, 200/- and the remaining amount Rs.13, 572/- was paid by the way of cheque.

For ATM Card — Regarding Atm Card

Dear Sir,

Me Mukesh Kumar. Would like to inform you that, My A/C is [protected]. Approx 2 year before i had to open my acc but still i did not get ( ATM CARD ) many times i been that Branch where is the my A/C, Appox 5, 6 times i did fill the from of ATM but still i did not get that. Cause i am staying in Delhi so my family always see the proble cause of ATM. And when i did go Branch they saying fill the form and u can get. Other wise u can open new A/C then u can get ATM card during open the A/c.

Sir, you are requested to plz give me ATM card for this A/C.
