Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered an instyler from "wonder brands" in india. Order No.[protected]:340327 ..As shown on Television promos, The drum of the instyler rotates but the drum of the product I have received does not work at all. It looks completely fake and substandard product.
I have made the online payment of Rs. 2691 to "Wonder brands". Wonder brands is just airing tv promos of the actual instyler product & duping thousands of customers in india with a fake and duplicate product. I called up the call center to register the complaint on 16 september 2011 and 21st September 2011 again but haven't got any positive response from them. The customer service executives tell each other to hang up the phone when someone calls to complain! Sometimes they are asking me to send the product back Through courier with no gurantee that they will return new one. While on a followup call made today (30 September 2011) by me the call centre employees I spoke to are : Anjali and Meetu but they kept on increasing the delivery dates by 10 more days.
please look into this & plzzzz help me in getting the amount back.
