I Would like to bring to your notice the harassment & illtreatment that i am facing for the past one week, because of poor customer care & non skilled staff worldspace has.
It all started on 21.03.09. I called the helpline of worldspace (Pune Center, Agent Name - Kamal - Unwilling to help disconnected the call ). Then i called again complained abt the same no action taken till date. Talked to the supervisor Named Hussain again Pune Center. After that i called head office of world space Banglore center & was told that action would be taken and i would be informed. Yet No Action or no comm frm worldspace end.
Finally a tech was booked.Tech came to my house straightaway said wire faulty without checking for any thing. I sent him back.
Called back on 22.03.09 Call Handled by Hussain told tech would come tomw and yet till date ie 26th no one showed up. I called again today (26.03.09) time between 13:50 to 2:10. Called twice call disconnected both the times. Cust Care straightaway saying no to help as they have calls in queue. Disconnecting the calls, Picking calls making money on a 30 sec pulse rate, charging fr tech visit. This is not how a conumer is to be treated.
It is my request that please look into it and please stop the harrasment done by cust service of world space. Earlier i was happy that i had world space but now i am really unhappy as this is not one expects to be treated.
It is a humble request that please look into the matter and prevent my rights as a consumer and a citizen of india.
