Consignment number[protected] despatched on 16/11 from Delhi not yet reached the destination Jorhat (Assam). Please look into this as this is very very disappointing and looks we cannot rely on your company for delivery anymore. If you are a professional company and do care for customer satisfaction, evidence should be found by customers themselves and with this expereince, the same does not apply to your compant.
