I purchased a shoe and wait for 15 days. Didn't get my product. Now I tried to trace my Order, got a screen as attached. Now I start to call the CustomerCare number. No one took the call, please note that the CustomerCare number is not toll free. I lost a lot money here. I tried many days. Once one took my call, but he dont try to understand what is I am saying. So I ask to repay me. Now today, 25th day some another cusomercare executive called me, and ask me to enter my addres again to ship my product. I don't know what to do. Any way, I told him "I dont need your product, Please repay me". He agreed, but i am not sure to get this money back. Waiting for further reponse.
I suggest the name 100worstbuy.com instead of 100bestbuy.com. I purchased many products from many other sites. This is first time I am facing a hell like this.
One of my Friend told me that, in 100bestbuy.com site, the payment page comes even if the customer doesn't enter his Shipping address. They take the money, but dont know where to send the product. They are real frauds.
