[Resolved] www.astrojyoti.com — Ordered Products not delivered despite advance payment !! | |||
The website www.astrojyoti.com claiming lots of good work and charity doing by the owner Mr S.P. Tata, but this website is a fraud and never delivers goods purchased from the online shopping from its Holy store. I am also impressed from their claimed charities and other goodies mentioned on the website. I have purchased a 5 Mukhi Rudrakha Mala (premium size) by paying Rs. 3000/- online by net banking on 4th sepetember 2011.. Order is confirmed and payment successful mail is also received by me. Even after four months I'm still waiting my order (order no. 156897, 4th sep, 2011). Despite several reminders by email and sms I never get any reply from Mr Tata. The website www.astrojyoti.com is actively advertising "Four Vedas in 5 mp3 CDs". I had made an electronic transfer (for which I have the receipt) of Rs. 2500/- for the purchase of the same on 7th April 2009.
It is quite shocking that I have been taken for a ride by them ! They have not replied to a single remainder from my end for all the e-mails sent to them.
I contacted their Pandit S.P. TATA on the mobile no [protected] in the last week of April who assured me that the ordered goods are being desptched in a day or two. However, till now I am yet to receive any intimation to my subsequent mails asking them to cancel my order and refund the amount of Rs. 2500/- paid to them.
GOD only knows how many innocents have been taken for a ride (like me) by the owners of this site in GOD's name !!!
Please help out.

Wish I had read this page before ordering "Four Vedas in 5 mp3 CDs", from them. I ordered around a month ago, and I am not getting any response for my e-mails, and calls.

Recomplaint by Adarsh - Partly it is my fault but only partly. Around the time he placed the order I was in the process of purchasing my flat at Puttaparthi and was travelling a lot. So in all the running around I missed his order. Later when tallying all the orders received and executed (which I do once in 3 months) I realised my slip and mailed him with apologies and asked if he still wants the rudraksha mala or a refund. He wanted the mala and I couriered it. The episode ended on a funny note. After receiving he mailed saying "You charge Rs.3000/- for this. I can get one like this for Rs.200/- I mailed him saying if he can get this quality malas for Rs.200/- I am ready to buy a 100 from him. He did not take my offer!
Paid for my whole family reading..
He gave me an appt on skype..
Doesnt answer phone/emails...
TOTAL FRAUD...
