I have bought a leather case cover for my I Pad, through www.ebay.in on 22 April, Paisa Pay ID for the transaction is [protected], but after two days noticing the reviews about the quality of the item i had cancelled the order and asked for a refund of the money. But ebay is holding the refund with out giving any proper reasons, when i contacted the customer care and registered the complaint they have given a reference no - 1-[protected], and told me that, customer care executive will contact me with in 48 hours to solve this, but all promises went in vain and nobody contacted me and i have not received my money. Pl suggest me a way forward to get my money back.
