Dear sir,
Me Raman Verma my order EMT - 1096627 of LED 32 inchess is
pending from 40days the payment was done of 15 thousand on the next
day 8/2/12 and my payment was received by www.emartindia.in the delay is still why do they show or expect the order
which is not available in your stock i am suffering so harasment and i
had lot of intrest for the product my all craze has been gone with
their delay i had many time requested them mailed them and called their
customer care thus i got a call from them and was told that the
product will be dipached now after 10 days and you will get it after
ten days means total 20 days i cannot under stand that after paying
money it would take 30 to 40 days to delivery i was given only 10 days
time from you whos fault is this i had payed the remaining amount on
next morning of the order for no trouble but i am facing so trouble
and waiting daily for the product from one month this is not a fare
deal day per day i am loosing the trust and suffering so haresment now
i want a time and single date when they are delevring and i was given
the last date by your customer care 17/3/2012 but they have not
fullfilled their promise tell me if you are deleviring it or not so or
i have to took a legal action against it i have mailed them very time
called their customer care many times i had kept very much pasionce
but it is to much now
