My Order No : [protected] dated on 31 Jan'2012 and and according to the order details the product is to be delivered before 21 Feb, 2012 but till date I have not received any information about the order shipment. As per the terms and conditions of the website

We offer a ‘9 Days Delivery Guarantee’ on all Battle products from the date of receipt of payment
For cash payment mode, delivery guarantee starts after receipt of cash
For cheque payment mode, delivery guarantee starts after cheque realization"
No information has been provided about the order other then the initial order confirmation mail. I have not received any other information and I mailed 4 times already (mail ids - [protected]@futurebazaar.com, [protected]@futurebazaar.com). I did not receive any replies for my mails. I also called twice (Ph No. - +[protected] as listed in the site). In the first call the customer care person was not able to give me proper information. When I called a second time nobody answered my phone call. I find this situation unacceptable and this situation is affecting me mentally as I do not know what has actually happened and what has been done with my money. Also I find it very disturbing that I can not hold anybody accountable for the situation and I expected a lot better from the site.
