[Resolved] www.Naukri.com — very poor quality of fast forward service of Rs.800/-

A alert for fraud from Hyderabad, Telangana

please be care full if you are taking fast forward service of naukri.com as my experience is very bad with it .I being paid rs. 800/-for resume display service for 3 months found that there is 0% use of this service and was completly unsatisfied with this service.After asking refund on toll freee no.[protected] ;they denied to refund money I paid.I am not worried for failure of their fast forward service but in such there should be provision from naukri.com to refund cuctomer's money which they are not doing. Naukri.com cheated me. They took money 3000/- and never developed my resume and forwarded it.
They just say we will reply, we will reply.
They are cheaters, how can I get my money back?
I have proof, CC statement, transaction id, Serial no. etc everything.
