[Resolved]  www.rakhiworldwide.com — Fraud-money taken not delivered product.

I had requested for rakhi and sweets to be delivered to my brother in Canada from the above company online on 8th Aug 2011. They took money which was INR 1275 and confirmed it will be delivered on 10th Aug. After this i did not hear from them. they did not deliver the shipment. the festival came and went on 13th.. and till date there is no news. Their numbers are not answering and i wrote to them more than 10 times, but they are not reverting on email as well.
i am not in the country and they are harrasing me. pls help to get my money back. there is no point of getting the rakhi now. also, I would request you to pls take steps to ban this website as they are duping customers and are frauds

Hello, <br /><br />I totally agree with shilpa this is totally a fruad online website who just wanna charge your card for the money. and The worse thing is they kept charging my husbands card again n again 5 times. Please be Careful of this website. I dont know if someone can help us with theses fraud people.<br /><br />All i can say this person doing a wrong is only getting curse from us sister, who put there faith in them to send Rakhi to there brothers. My Grandmother who is 85 years of age sent this rakhi to her brother. God will punish you for this. Its A Fraud company .... Never trust on them .... they charged 845 rupees to me to sent rakhi on 19 Aug 2013 to USA but still rakhi not reached to particular address .... really a fake site never make any online order to this site ....... a big fraud .......

hey all the bad reviewers of this site plz send a mail to Google regarding this site to do spam it because its a fake site they will definitely destroy their site ranking and their business will face plenty of problems... and put no's of bad reviews at facebook, twitter, yelp, foresquare and many review posting sites... by this Google will take this site as a spam and will not keep showing it on search engine...

It has been more than 10 days since i placed my order but no clue if they will deliver the item. No response from Customer support.
