l am Raul G, an everyday user of your social network site from Spain and have noticed that ever since around two months back l stopped receiving the 250 promised gold (l think that is the amount) for signing in three days in a row. l cannot quite remember the exact terms to receive that gold but the point is that l only have 50 gold remaining. So if l am a daily user and stopped receiving gold two months ago, how much gold am l supposed to have right now? To put it briefly, how much gold do you owe me? Is this fake marketing? Why is this happening not only to me but to a bunch o[censored]sers?

My tagged account has been hacked few months ago. It has been posting indecent posts and giving out rude information to the people on my friends list. I just would like this to stop because it has been giving me bad impacts or worst is it may be use against me and my family and can even be an accessory to any illegal transactions. I am hoping that you would take time to take a look at my account and if possible that you may cancel it then. Your quick response on this matter will highly and gladly be appreciated.

I can't log into my account no matter what I've tried to do I believe it's been hacked how can I resolve this issue
