I am booked Order #10371428 on https://www.timtara.com. Item:- 1 x Prestige PSSFB Sandwich Maker Order Date:[protected] amount @ 639 INR as per their commitment they are delivered my item with in three week of working days, But they are not send me my item. I am complain on their customer complaint management but no one are hear me. mY complaint no on their site is (1):[protected]:- 65202 for my item not delivered, they are every times new commitment for after one week, But no result please kindly do the need full for my item or refund my money.

Shame on them. Since I am a co-sufferer & my office is in Noida, I thought of paying timtara office a visit today.

Greating Sir,i had purchased a samsung laptop Samsung 15.6" NP-RV509-A06IN Netbook from timtara.com on 10 june 2012. online payment done on 13 june 2012.but they are not shipping the product.no complain responce no messages and emails responce,very poor costumer service.
