Timtara.com is not giving customer satisfactory service. i have ordered one BSNL tab from here on 12th Dec 2012, Order No# 10368718. It was mentioned that this will deliver in 3 weeks, but it crossed more than 1 month now. If i am calling to them, they are saying its out of stock, now when i am saying ok no issue plz cancel the product and refund the money. But from last 2 weeks daily i am calling, i sent lots of mail to cancel my order, but still its not cancelled, even no one is replying for my mail, no one is giving proper answer on call, we cant able to talk to their higher authority member. they said you will get call in 24 hrs. but no one is there to call you back. I am pissed off from this website. I paid Rs. 12596 and now daily im investing money to call him up.. Plz if anyone is there, solve my issue and push pressure to close this fraud online shopping portal so that in future also no one can get affected. @timtara People- If you have 1 point of shame, then reply and solve my issue. I had purchased a camera from timtara for Rs 18430. After months of non delivery and trying to get my money back after order cancellation, this is what I discovered:

1. timtara.com is only a online front name.
2. The actual company name is Infosecure Pvt. Ltd. Located in Noida.
3. The company address is given in the website.
4. the money you pay is never charged to any one of these 2 companies.
5. the money goes to a 3 company, Atom Payment gateway, which again seems to be just a front.
6. Atom has 2 offices, one in Delhi and one in Mumbai.
7. The Mumbai office is responsible for refunds. Their number for customer care is [protected].
8. All 3 companies act independently and have separate customer care.
9. Timtara.com customer care does not have any information or authority and will keep asking for 24 working hrs or 3 working days time to give you any info. Number is [protected]
10. The infosecure customer care number is [protected]. they will never pick up.
11. If you go to the Noida office, more than once, you stand a chance to get your money refunded. This happened for me after the 2nd visit.
12. I also found out the contact for some one high up in the infosecure management, and after writing a mail to him, My refund process was initiated. The contact is:

13. Even after the refund is initiated, Atom payment gateway might take their own sweet time to refund the money. You might need to keep calling them to get a bank reference id.

I got my money back after about 3 months of making the payment. Please try what I did, and maybe you might get your refund as well.

WWW.TIMTARA.COM — PRODUCT NOT CANCELED FROM 2 MONTHS AND NOT RETURNING THE MONEY

I purchased product frm timtara wesite on dec-28 and they told product not avilable and wait for 3 weeks but i called on jan-08-2013 to cancel the order but till today Feb-10-2013 my money not returned the website please do me a favour in this problem
