www.Timtara.com — timtara scam

I had placed an order on www.timtara.com on 29th december 2011 but I havent received the order yet and I dont get proper response from www.timtara.com customer support[protected] [protected]@timtara.com).I tried contacting the Chief Customer Officer([protected]@timtara.com) but apart from the first reply to a mail saying (

I never got any reply to the other email complaints I had raised.

We do not talk about our customer focus just for lip service. We practice it every day and every moment.

The Chief Customer Officer (CCO) is like an advocate for the customers inside our organization. He makes sure that service and quality promises are delivered. Sometimes we fail to deliver. But then we have a "service recovery process" through which we try to correct the situation with minimum inconvenience to the customer.

But the site is just a scam and according to legal IT act 2000 and under the Consumer Protection Act India 1986 more for the physical and mental torture by calling their customer support regarding the non delivery of my order no[protected].
