[Resolved]  www.coralhub.com — Payment not refunded

Don't understand why they are doing like that. The same thing happened with me.

Now one trust Indian online market because of fools like them

hello .... i earlier registered this complaint on

consumercourtforum.in on 6 may 2011 but

nothing happened ....
the complaint is that i brought 2 products frm

Coralhub.com n received the products on 1st

may ,, the products were (usb vaccum cleaner,

usb led light n earfones and a kinetic newton

balls) ,, so when i opened these products ,

none of them were working correctly,, except

the earfones which i didnt used coz it was

included in the package n i have to return the

whole package ..... after checking all the

products n within 1 hour of receiving them i

emailed them about returning the products as

m not satisfied with them but havent got any

reply frm them n then on 6 may i called them

n they saying that i didnt contacted within

5days of receiving the products but they will

replace them if they r faulty but they r not

gonna return any product ,,, even i said to

them that i mailed them within 2 hrs and m

not askin for a refund ,, m just asking them to

give me some other product of same or higher

price but they just hung up the fone ...
i submitted a complaint to them thru mail but

they never foned me n instead i have to call

them .... then on 8 may then 10 may n then

11may i mailed them my complaint but they

just said that they not gonna return money or

replace anything ...
then i just waited for consumercourtforum.in

to do sumthing .... and on 9june i got a call frm

coralhub.com that they got call frm

consumercourtforum.in and told me that they

will refund my money n refund the return

shipping charges also to me ... they asked for

order numbers but they were at home so i

asked them to call at 4pm but they never ever

phoned me so after waiting several days i

foned them n they told me to send them the

products n they will replace them .... but i told

them that i would have accepted replace if

they agreed to it within 10days but now after

1 n half month when u knew that m going

thru consumer court now u agreeing to

replace n also earlier they told me that they

will refund all money as well as my return

shipping charges .........
so i courier-ed the products back to them but

they never told me that they got products n

wat to do now ... instead they just returned

the same to me in a very loose n garbage

packing as if they dont have any concern if the

products get damaged ... and shipped 1 item

less to me .....
now i want only n only my money back plus

rs.100 of return courier charges .. a total

amount of 838 rupees
the order number of products is 50568 and
