i have got the cd worth 1250/- but i cannot register on googlecash key.com

i got a CD worth Rs.1250/- near about one year agoo but i cannot register on googlecashkey.com

i got googlecashkey emails again and again saying i could earn handsomely.i so registered and they sent me a CD and took money or it.after that the CD is with me.nothing online job i got or earned.now donot know which placw to complain as the Cd doesnot have any email or cell no.
